The Skills section allows Admins to manage and categorize the skills relevant to their organization. These skills are crucial for designing learning journeys, assessments, and tracking user development.
Example Skills: Developing Perspective,Designing Solutions, Making Decisions.
Skills are attributes or competencies that users are expected to develop or demonstrate through learning journeys, assessments, and modules. They serve as a foundation for evaluating and enhancing employee performance.
Eubrics Skills: Predefined skills provided by the Eubrics platform.
Custom Skills: Skills created by Admins to suit the specific needs of the organization.
Assessments: Skills form the basis for defining the criteria for evaluating users.
Journeys and Modules: Modules must be mapped to a skill (Eubrics or custom) to ensure proper functionality.
Journeys cannot run without modules being tagged to a skill.
Creating a skill should be done only once to avoid duplicates.

Renaming an Eubrics-provided skill will not affect its functionality in existing modules and journeys.
