The Product & Variants Page is the central place where companies create, store, and manage all their products inside the platform.
It works like a digital catalog that organizes products with key details such as:
Variants may come in the future.
As an organization, you will be sharing your products or services here. This is where you add them and define their details.
A product/service is what your organization sells.
Examples:
Variants are not currently available in your setup.
However, the page is designed to support them in the future.
When enabled, product variants will allow you to add different types or versions of the same product. Each variant may differ by features, benefits, or suitability for specific user needs.
Examples (for future use):
Right now, you only need to add products.
The variants feature will be introduced later to provide more flexibility in defining product versions.
This is the most important part of the process: how you describe the product.
A clear, detailed, and accurate description ensures that customer personas, bots, and action plans function properly and reflect the correct context.
A product is the starting point for all setup creation.
Every other element—customer personas, bots, and action plans—depends on it.
Without creating products, you cannot create customer personas, bots, or action plans.
Each customer persona is linked to the product being sold.
Example:
If the persona is an IT employee, their background will differ depending on whether you are selling insurance or a refrigerator.
This ensures AI role-play bots simulate realistic conversations based on the right context.
Flow:
Product → Customer Persona → Bot
Since bots are configured on top of customer personas, the dependency flows naturally:
Product → Customer Persona → Bot
This means defining products is always the first and mandatory step.
