This is where you can create and manage bots based on the customer personas you have already created. Each bot reflects the persona assigned to it, making interactions more realistic and tailored.
Info: Bots simulate real customer interactions by using the behavior and background defined in the customer persona. This ensures training is contextual and personalized.
The Bot Creation Page allows you to design and customize new bots. Follow the steps below to create a bot.
Click “Create Bot”
Select Bot Image
Enter Bot Name

Select Language
Set Difficulty Level
Assign Persona
Info: If you update a persona in Customer Persona, the linked bot will automatically update as well.
