When you click on Create Persona, you will see options for how to create personas.
Currently, the only method available is Enter Details Manually. Once you select this option, you will be taken to a new page where you can provide the following details:
Enter the name of the customer persona.
This acts as the primary identifier and must be filled in before saving.
Write a short description about this persona.
You can include background details, behavior, or customer intent to make the persona more realistic.
Creating a detailed and accurate customer persona helps the bot simulate real customer behavior, making training sessions more realistic and effective.
Choose the language in which the persona will interact.
Currently, two languages are supported:
Select the gender of the persona.
Define whether the persona represents:

Choose the context of interaction for this persona:

Link this persona to a product.
The system will automatically display products you’ve already created in the Product & Variants page.
Simply select the relevant product to associate with this persona.
Once all details are filled, click Add Customer Persona.
The persona will be saved and ready to use in role-play scenarios and bot simulations.
