- Description: A document file uploaded for reference or learning purposes.
- Example: "Employee handbook on workplace ethics."

- Description: A standalone visual aid for learning or reference.
- Example: "Infographic on customer journey mapping."

- Description: A written piece of content, such as a blog, report, or research paper.

- Description: A video lesson or tutorial hosted on YouTube.

- Description: A SCORM-compliant eLearning module that tracks progress and scores.

- Description: This action item allows users to generate multiple nudges based on a given document. Nudges can be of different types, such as Actionable (prompting users to take specific actions) or Awareness (providing insights or reminders).
- Description: A practical tool designed for different user levels of participants.
- For Entry-level and Junior employees: The card provides a one-step process with a description of a concept or action point to learn and apply.
- For Mid-level and Senior employees: The card follows a multi-step process. Participants mark the card to a specific job moment to apply the concept at work. Later, they return to the system to reflect on their experience(called reflection), sharing how they applied it. An AI system evaluates their reflection and assigns a skill score out of 5, based on how effectively they implemented it.
- Example:
- Entry/Junior: A card on "Effective Email Communication" describing key points for writing professional emails.
- Mid/Senior: A card on "Delegation Strategies" where they reflect on a task they delegated and evaluate its success.
- Description: Participants are presented with a real-world scenario relevant to their role or industry. They are then asked a question about the scenario and must choose from multiple options to indicate their course of action.
- Example:
- Scenario: "You are a team lead, and two of your team members have a conflict affecting project delivery timelines."
- Question: "What would you do?"
- Mediate the conflict and help both members resolve their issues.
- Reassign tasks to separate the two members immediately.
- Focus only on delivering the project and ignore the conflict for now.
- Report the conflict to HR for formal intervention.
- Description: A comprehensive suggestion tool that consists of three components:
- Tip: A suggestion or advice on what to do or avoid.
- Positive Impact: Describes the outcome or benefit of applying the tip effectively.
- Negative Consequence: Outlines the potential risks or drawbacks of not applying the tip.
- Example:
- Tip: "Always confirm meeting details a day in advance."
- Positive Impact: "This ensures everyone is aligned and prepared, increasing productivity."
- Negative Consequence: "Failure to confirm could result in miscommunication, causing delays or missed objectives."
