On the Customer Persona page, you’ll see a list of all the personas that have been created. Each entry includes:
Persona Name
The title or name of the customer persona.
Persona Description
A short explanation describing the persona, such as their background or key characteristics.
Type of Customer
Defines what category the customer belongs to (There are two types B2B AND B2C).
Call Type
Indicates the type of interaction this persona is linked to, such as inbound, discovery, cold call, in person meeting.
Actions
In the actions column, you can edit the customer persona.
You’ll be able to update details like the persona name, description, type of customer, and call type whenever changes are needed.
