You can create a new Development-plan directly from the Development-plan page.
This section explains each step in detail:
Info: Development-plans provide a structured, interactive onboarding experience that replaces one-size-fits-all training.
- Go to the Development-plan section from the sidebar.
- Here you will see a list of existing development-plans, along with their status and actions.
- On the Development-plan page, click the Create Development-plan button.
- This will open a new page for setting up your Development-plan.
- In the field labeled Development-plan Name, provide a unique and descriptive name.
- Example: “Sales Associate Onboarding Plan” or “Product Training – Q4 Batch”.
- The name should help both admins and learners quickly identify the purpose of the plan.
- In the Description field, write a short but clear summary of what the plan includes.
- Example: “This development-plan covers company introduction, product knowledge modules, roleplay sales calls, and compliance training.”
- A good description sets expectations and clarifies the scope of the training.
Info: Clear names and descriptions help learners understand the plan quickly and reduce confusion during onboarding.
- Once you have filled in the name and description, click Save (or Create, depending on the interface).
- The new Development-plan will now appear in your Development-plan list.
Warning: Avoid using vague names or leaving the description blank, as this can confuse learners and admins when multiple development-plans exist.
After creating the plan, you can:
- Add Learning Modules → structured lessons for the users.
- Include AI Roleplay Calls → practice sessions.
- Set up MCQ Tests → knowledge check.
- Publish or keep as draft until it’s ready.
