Once a Development-plan has been created, you can manage and customize it further by accessing the Development-plan Details Page.
Info: On the Development-plan Details Page, you can edit the Development-plan Name and Description, as well as manage parts, users, and the learning flow.
- Go to the Development-plan page.
- Under the Actions column, click on the arrow icon beside the Development-plan you want to open.
- You will be redirected to the specific Development-plan Details Page.
- Located at the top of the page.
- Allows you to update the Development-plan Name and Description if changes are required.
- On the right side panel, you can assign users to the selected Development-plan.
- This ensures that only the chosen users or groups are enrolled in the onboarding/training plan.
The Development-plan is divided into Parts (such as modules, roleplays, or assessments).
In this section, you can:
- Add a Part → Insert new learning modules, AI roleplays, or tests into the plan.
- Reorder Parts → Change the sequence of parts to control the flow of learning.
This helps in structuring the Development-plan to match the required learning journey.
The Development-plan Details Page is the central hub for customization and user assignment. From here, admins can:
- Keep the Development-plan updated with relevant information.
- Ensure the right users are assigned to the plan.
- Control the order and structure of the learning path for a smooth onboarding experience.
