The Edit Page is where you can update, refine, or expand an existing product test. Instead of creating a brand-new test from scratch, this page gives you all the tools to make adjustments—whether it’s fixing a typo, changing difficulty, or even adding more AI-generated questions.
- To improve accuracy of test names, descriptions, or instructions.
- To update questions when product details change.
- To increase or decrease difficulty by changing scores or editing instructions.
- To expand the test with additional questions created manually or using AI.
- To save time by reusing the existing structure instead of rebuilding the test.
- Go to the Product Test Main Page.
- Under the Actions column, click on the arrow icon beside the test you want to manage.
- You will be redirected to the Product Test details page.
Here, you will find two main actions:
- Edit → Opens the edit form.
- Delete → Permanently removes the test from the system.
Once you land on the Edit Page, you will see a form with several sections:
- Test Name → Update the name to reflect the latest focus of the test.
- Test Description → Revise the overview to match the purpose of the test.
- Test Instructions → Adjust the default instructions (for example, if you want users to answer within a time limit or follow new guidelines).
This section lets you work directly with the questions:
- Edit Existing Questions → Modify text to improve clarity or correctness.
- Add New Questions → Insert additional questions manually.
- Delete Questions → Remove unnecessary or outdated ones.
- Change Scores → Update the marks assigned to each question.
Each question has an individual score box.
You can make some questions worth 1 point and others worth more, depending on their difficulty.
- Edit Options → Update or replace the four multiple-choice options linked to each question.
At the bottom of the edit page, you will find the “Add More with AI” feature.
This works exactly like the first method of creating a test.
You can:
- Select a document from the Document Repository.
- Provide AI with instructions on what type of questions to create.
Info: Example instructions for AI-generated questions:
- “Generate 5 easy questions with simple multiple-choice options.”
- “Generate 10 advanced-level questions focusing on technical details.”
The quality of AI-generated questions depends heavily on your instructions. Be clear whether you want easy, moderate, or hard questions.
Click Generate, and the AI will create questions based on the content of your selected document.
These questions can then be added directly into your existing test.
From the Product Test details page, you can also use the Delete option.
Info: Once clicked, the test will be permanently removed. This should be done only when you are sure the test is no longer needed.
