This method lets you generate questions automatically using AI from the documents uploaded in the Document Repository. It saves time and ensures that the questions are directly linked to the product content.
Info: Using AI to generate questions from product documents ensures that the MCQs are relevant, consistent, and time-efficient. It also reduces manual effort while maintaining accuracy.
When you begin creating a test, you will see three main fields:
Enter how many questions you want the AI to generate.
Example: 1, 2, 5, 10, etc.
Info: Provide detailed instructions to guide the AI in generating questions.
The AI will use context from the uploaded documents to create relevant questions.
The more specific your instruction, the more tailored and accurate the questions will be.
You can manually edit the AI-generated questions afterwards.
This field is very important because it guides the AI on how to frame the questions.
The better the instructions you give, the better the generated questions will match your needs.
If you want the test to be simple, mention that.
If you want the test to be challenging, clearly state it.
Examples:
Easy Level: “Create 5 simple MCQs that test only basic definitions and facts from the document.”
Hard Level: “Generate 10 advanced MCQs focusing on in-depth analysis, problem-solving, and application-based questions from the document.”
This way, the AI adjusts the difficulty of the questions based on your instructions. For more Examples see - below .

The AI-generated questions will now appear on the page.
For each question, you will see:
You can also add your own questions manually if you want to include custom or specific ones that the AI did not generate.
Warning: Carefully review AI-generated questions for accuracy and relevance. The AI may misinterpret content or generate ambiguous questions if instructions are unclear.
Once you are satisfied with the questions, options, and scoring, click Create.
The test will be saved and appear in the Product Test list, ready to use.
