ALP (also referred to as Business Improvement Plan – BIP) is a structured program within the Eubrics platform designed to upskill individuals or improve team performance.
It is built step by step by:
- Adding mentors
- Grouping participants (batches)
- Defining milestones
- Linking learning journeys and modules
The first step is to create a new BIP by entering:
- Title & description
- Timeline
- Structural details

- Go to Mentor Details section.
- Click “+ Create A Mentor” and enter:
- Name, email, role/designation, profile picture (optional).
- Select mentor → Apply Changes.
- Mentors guide participants, provide feedback, motivation, and accountability.

- In User Batch, view available batches with participant counts.
- Click Select to tag batches → shows in Already Tagged Batch.
- Multiple batches can be tagged or removed.
- Click Apply Changes → Next to proceed.
This helps organize participants and enables batch-level analytics.

- Click “+ Create Milestone” → enter name & description.
- Configure options:
- Post Action Required, Multi-day Event
- Upload Progress (Off / Optional / Mandatory)
- Attendance (Self / Admin)
- Session Type (Mentor / Coach Connect)
- For live sessions → add meeting link, passcode, location, timings.
- Assign trainers by creating/selecting trainer profiles.
- Add Pre-Reads, Post-Reads (file/link).
- Create Surveys (MCQ, rating, text-based) for feedback.

- In Tag To Journey & Modules:
- Select a Journey Cycle (e.g., AI, Growth Mindset, Emotional Intelligence).
- Choose a Module within the cycle.
- Click Tag To BIP → appears in Already Tagged.
- Remove/re-tag modules as needed.
- Best practice → tag multiple modules aligned to BIP goals.
